Using our Reel to Reel production equipment we offer the assembly of endless Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC). The width of film can be anything between 95 and 500mm. The length of our customers final product is fully customer specific. We guarantee the very highest quality by checking the film with an inline AOI. Simultaneously, the mounted LEDs are checked for CCT and lumen output.
Endless FPC - Assembled Reel to Reel (R2R)
Many among our customers benefit from fully individual PCB layouts which we tailor to perfectly match individual requirements. Others work with smaller quantities of flexible PCBs. For those we designed various layouts which can be assembled individually to match customer needs. Endless PCBs can be equipped with an individual print after soldering using ink jet printing. BIN-information, batch numbers or a product name can be printed on your film.
